Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to drive decision-making processes.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
