Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems, databases, and data analytics models to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer critical business questions and support decision-making
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and monitor performance metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
