Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and translate them into analytical questions.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor KPIs.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
