Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with Fresno and North Carolina teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize marketing strategies
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
