Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Present insights to leadership through clear visualizations and compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience

- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
