Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python/R and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
