Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key findings
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics across business units
- Present complex data insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics with 2+ years in remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling background with experience in regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business impact
