Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics across customer journey
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in business strategy
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Strong portfolio of data visualization projects using Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
