Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data queries using SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Create comprehensive reports translating findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes using Python/R to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R with experience in data manipulation libraries
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes
