Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems for key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
