Responsibilities
- Own the Data Pipeline: Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
- Executive Dashboards: Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting systems to reduce manual data entry and increase operational efficiency.
- Data Governance: Enforce data quality standards and best practices to ensure compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
