Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data collection to actionable insights delivery
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business health metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in a remote setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing and experimental design experience
- Demonstrated success translating business requirements into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
