Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Perform complex data analysis to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate data reporting across all departments.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
