Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, integration, and transformation (ETL) processes using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and increase reporting frequency.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise written and verbal presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX (relocation assistance provided).
