Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract insights from large databases.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco area (relocation assistance provided).
