Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track KPIs and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Business Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical findings into business recommendations for management.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all data warehousing systems and reporting pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
