Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and forecasting models to predict market trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and actionable insights to non-technical and technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is required.
- Analytics: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple business insights.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX (Relocation assistance provided).
