Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Develop Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve data governance and integrity standards.
- Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and recommend strategic actions.
- Automation: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time for data delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift).
- Visualization: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Memphis, TN with company-provided assistance.
