Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Database Management: Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across various sources using SQL and cloud databases.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create executive-level reports and interactive visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Expert level experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical, data-backed conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV (Relocation assistance provided).
