Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Detroit and Ohio to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve system performance and reporting speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation (experience with stored procedures and advanced queries required).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
