As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with executive leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business insights.
