Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through advanced statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and drive process improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing rigorous data cleaning and validation procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong command of visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical insights.
