Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor real-time business performance.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to identify data gaps and define analytical requirements.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency and data accuracy.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics and data warehousing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Fivetran).
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating data into business value.
