In this direct hire role, you will act as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and providing the analytical foundation for critical decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and solve problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Conduct statistical modeling and forecasting to support long-term business planning.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data analysis best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
