The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes and market trends.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
- Present complex data findings in clear, concise, and actionable reports to non-technical audiences.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing operational data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL processes, data modeling).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
