Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, validating, and maintaining large datasets using SQL and Python.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data mining methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
