Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and Python (pandas, numpy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
