Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to translate business questions into analytical problems.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload for the team.
- Present findings and actionable insights to executive leadership through clear, compelling presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming skills in Python or R are highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
