Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex data sets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to identify data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends, identify patterns, and recommend process improvements.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably within the technology sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
- Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
