Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis on large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits, cleansing, and validating data sources.
- Build and maintain automated SQL queries and ETL pipelines to streamline reporting processes.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging data technologies, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Orlando, FL (Relocation assistance provided).
