Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Report Generation: Produce clear, concise, and executive-level reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and recommend improvements to enhance analytical workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with ETL tools.
