Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable manner.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
