Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business decision-making.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Identify process improvements and data-driven opportunities to optimize business workflows.
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to improve data collection and storage systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
