Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain complex data models and schemas to support business intelligence needs.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries, perform data cleaning, integration, and ETL processes using Python and SQL.
- Visualization: Create interactive, high-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and track performance.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience with scripting languages like Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preference given to candidates based in Oklahoma City or willing to work remotely.
