We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about uncovering the stories hidden within complex datasets.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights.
- Identify data quality issues and implement scripts to automate data cleansing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific experience in night shift environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
