Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Automated Reporting: Build automated reporting frameworks to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate data needs into technical requirements.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reporting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong Excel skills required.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes.
- Availability: Must be willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
