The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, analyze performance metrics, and build robust reporting dashboards. This position requires a strong ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex datasets.
- Analyze night shift performance metrics to identify operational efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Present findings and insights to management through clear, concise reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a night shift or operational analytics environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
