Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security during night shift processing cycles.
- Create automated reporting scripts to streamline daily operations and reduce manual effort.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
