Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Create and present regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and queries to improve system performance and reduce processing time.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Night Shift environment (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Must reside in the United States and be available to work remotely during US business hours (Central Time Zone).
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
