Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Process Automation: Automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
