As a Data Analyst on our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving decision-making processes through rigorous data analysis and visualization. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data cleaning, validation, and analysis to ensure high-quality data for reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure 24/7 data availability for night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates available for night shift work.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
