As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth during non-standard hours.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of data using SQL, Python, or R to uncover trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize workflows.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy and quality control across all night shift data pipelines.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Excel.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
