Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to support nightly reporting cycles.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all night shift reporting processes.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift or operational support role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
