As a Data Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, creating clear visualizations and comprehensive reports that guide strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support Night Shift operational goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Availability and willingness to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
