Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for night operations reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement during off-peak hours.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily and weekly reports for management, highlighting insights derived from the night shift data streams.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across all night shift systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment or night shift capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, Python or R for data manipulation, and Excel for advanced modeling.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
