Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding performance metrics.
- Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Shift Work: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
