Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support night operations.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth data cleansing and validation to ensure 99.9% data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership and operational managers.
- Monitor data trends and anomalies during off-hours to proactively resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a preference for night shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote night environment.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical teams.
