Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all reporting data.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
