Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for night-crew leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support operational decision-making during off-hours.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
