Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of all data repositories through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
- Generate automated reports and provide timely insights to stakeholders during the night shift.
- Research and implement new data analysis techniques and tools to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
